I find it great to experiment & try new recipes. Stir the corn muffin mix until everything is combined. Combine eggs, corn muffin mix, green chiles, whole corn, and creamed corn in a large bowl with the onion mixture. 1x 2x 3x 1/2 cup butter (one stick) 2 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 (15 fluid once) can creamed corn 1 (15 fluid ounce) can. Add onion, bell pepper, and pimento peppers and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Holiday's were parades of food of all kinds, from main dishes to desserts, but mostly I remember Gram's traditional Italian dishes around the Holiday's surrounded by all of our family. In a large bowl, add the butter, whole corn, cream corn, sour cream, and eggs. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix in a box of Jiffy just until no dry spots remain. ![]() I grew up on all the traditional Italian meals from my Grandmother's kitchen. 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn (not drained) 1 cup sour cream 2 cup melted. I had a lot of fun testing out two different kinds of recipes for Creamed Corn Casserole. Stir melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and two types of canned corn together until completely combined.
